Vidyarthi Nestham is one of these schemes. It was launched with the objective of curtailing dropouts in schools. The program is a mobile-based app that gives the parents of the students a unique opportunity to keep a track of their children and to ensure that they are progressing appropriately in their studies.
The parents will be notified of the predicted dropouts of their children and will have the opportunity to take a look at the report and to get in touch with the school administration to make sure that the child is not being dropped out.
The parents can also get in touch with the teachers to ensure that the child is being taught properly and to get help if needed.
